Initital Staging Consult
Our team will come into your home upon request and make all of the necessary suggestions to get your house ready to stage! From packing away excess "stuff" including personal family photos, sports memorabilia or sentimental collector items, Danielle & her team will give you a full action plan for decluttering your home to prepare for staging. Our team will then bring in all the pertinent furniture, rugs, lighting, accent pieces and decor to neutralize your main living spaces and get it ready to appeal to all potential buyers!
Staging Prep
We have our own team of painters, carpenters, and electricians who will handle any "pre staging" prep such as updating wall or molding paint colors, fixing any wall or trim blemishes, refinishing floors, removing dated wallpaper, swapping out any older light fixtures, hanging new window treatments, if necessary.
Staging Day
Our staging team will come in on a day of your choice and transform the main rooms of your home into pristine, cohesive, stylish spaces. We will efficiently get to work by placing furniture, rolling out rugs, hanging new artwork and mirrors, refreshing bedding, lamps, pillows and accessories as needed. In just one day your home will be ready for photographs to be listed online immediately to engage buyers!
